Eisa Davis

Eisa Davis is a performer, composer, and writer. Some theatre acting credits: Preludes, The Cradle Will Rock, Flowers Are Sleeping, Luck of the Irish (Lortel nomination), The Call, This, The Piano Lesson, Angela’s Mixtape (by Eisa Davis), Passing Strange, June and Jean in Concert. Recurring television roles include “The Wire”, “Smash”, “Hart of Dixie”, “Blindspot”, and “House of Cards”. Eisa is a winner of the Herb Alpert Awardin Theatre, an Obie for Sustained Excellence in Performance, and was a Pulitzer Prize finalist for her play Bulrusher. "Something Else" and "Tinctures" are albums of her original music.
